No one said it wasn't. I think you missed the point matt0044 was making. If something had an age rating on it and you gave it to your kid anyway, then decided it was inappropriate for them, it's your fault for ignoring that age rating. It's like renting an R rated film for your kid and then complaining to the video store that it wasn't appropriate for them.
