I thought Captain Ginyu and Frieza were related because they had horns.

1. I thought Vegeta's name was Vegina (you get the picture)
2. I thought Freeza was a woman as well.

Here's some more I've remembered of:

I saw pics of Grandpa Gohan with the name "Son Gohan" and thought he was Son Gohan the 2nd in the ditant future of GT.
I thought Pilaf and Garlic Jr. were brothers.
I thought Bulma loved Goku in the Freeza saga, and not in the brotherly "best friends since child-hood" way if you catch my drift.
I initially thought Trunks was the son of Bulma and Goku.
I will like you if you will like me.
