Debating on what to buy GT singles or Speical Selection DVD

I'll be getting around 30-ish dollers on an Amazon gift card and I plan to use it to buy some DVD to finish off my DB/Z/GT collection.

However, I'm stuck.

I can get the rest of GT in it's single form (I have the season sets but I'm looking for Japanese title cards/NEP)
With the card it'll cost me around $7.46 out pocket.

Or....

I could get the Special Selection DVD. I know it's a lot on Amazon, but with import services and such, I don't see it costing less outside amazon. If I use my gift card it'll be about $19.53, a little more than it's original price. I already have the Speicals on VHS as well.

Been caught up about this. Any suggestions would be great.
