Chi-Chi a Young Obahan in the Anime?

I was watching One Piece season 5, Voyage 2 and there was an omake at the end of one ep called "Obahan Time" where they made the Straw Hats sound like stereotypical Japanese middle aged women they called obahan. So was wondering if Kei17 or to anyone else familiar with that image if to them Chi-Chi was kinda like them in the anime?
