From an in-universe perspective
* Kamehameha Galick Beam battle
* Goku fighting Tullece's henchmen in M3

From a real world perspective
* When Ocean were working for FUNimation

The Freeza saga. So emotional and so much backstory. Vegeta begging Goku to defeat Freeza while crying makes me feel so sad, but in a good way.

Majin Vegeta. 12 years of mingled resentment and admiration just...bleeding out of Vegeta's gut.

I'd say, if you look at the saiyan and Namek arcs as a single extended storyline, taking our hero from discovering he's an alien and how low-down he is on that race's power-scale, to becoming the shiny kung fu messiah of that race, that is my favourite part of the franchise.

Take either of those sagas on their own, though, and they're still good but not my favourite.

(Other favourite moments being Fusion Reborn and Battle of Gods.)

To be fair, though, I don't think there's any part of the series, barring some filler, that I dislike.

(I have recently acquired a newfound love for the Ginyu Force and the Great Saiyaman, also.)
