I've never seen that before. The only sketches of a Naruto character from Toriyama I've come across are these:

Oh it's one of those manga booklet things. It's not in the main one so it must have been in the secondary booklet.

Never liked the Naruto franchise (except for its soundtrack) but that Rock Lee looks really adorable and well drawn. I think I would have liked Naruto had it been by Toriyama. :P

Looks awesome! The artstyle he has can actually fit surprisingly well for Naruto, judging by the pictures he's drawn for it.
