Goten's new outfit

Is this a new outfit or an animation era. Like they forgot to add his sleeves. Similar to how they forgot Gohan's undershirt in Budokai 2.

It's a new Gi. He's like that in all of the shots in the opening (there, when Gotenks defuses and when they're all flying with Shenlong). No way it's a mistake.

I seems as though this really is Goten's new gi given that it was constantly drawn that way in the opening.

It was an animation error that they later rolled with.

But it could be just like Gohan's GI in budokai 2. Where the entire opening didn't give him his undershirt. Though I suppose Super has more thought in it than Budokai 2 intro.

It's not an animation error. It's how Goten was designed with a new outfit.

Yeah, I don't know. I feel like it's just a persistent animation error (and isn't the first time he's been drawn like this either). I guess we'll find out eventually though in either Episode 6 or 7, though I suppose it could always be a new outfit for "F" and beyond seeing how the opening teases those arcs...though that'll take a while to find out.

Meh, not a fan. They found a way to make him look even more like Goku instead of slowly transitioning to his EoZ self.

Goten's blue sleeves are shorter so they just stay under the orange gi.

Or he is wearing a tank top like Future Trunks did.
