Nope, Goku and Cell powering up literally takes from episode 177-178 while Freeza's power up is contained within episode 98 (and the whole sequence is broken up by Chi-Chi getting on a spaceship). Don't get me wrong, despite the length, I think it's the best of the power up sequences.
