Vados. It's hinted she's stronger than Whis and she can easily tame Champa, who arguably more off the handle than Beerus.

I'm gonna have to say Beerus just on the grounds that he does whatever the heck he wants and has the bite to match bark. Sure Whis is stronger, but ultimately he's still the servant of Beerus and does whatever Beerus wants so long as he's not going overboard. Vegeta has the personality of a major alpha male but he often doesn't have the power to fully back it up and his actions usually backfire on him spectacularly.

That's what we have Mr. Satan for. Luckily our pure hearted hero would never allow himself to be overcome with rage, so we'll never have to worry about him, and he's obviously strong enough to handle Whis if the time comes.

If I'm basing this off of the sort of people who would be most likely to describe themselves as "alpha males" in real life... probably some nameless power-level-5-at-best thug from a filler episode, or something along those lines. XD
