That's kind of a stretch. I don't think that's a nod to King Cold. It's just a thing he was offering Stan.

The "I'll give you anything!" line is a cliché piece of dialogue used in many films and television shows. It did not originate in Dragon Ball Z and this is most certainly not a nod to it.
This honestly seems like more of a stealth-brag thread announcing your fandom for another cartoon series than anything else.
