Hey guys, it's been awhile so excuse me if this has been posted on here already but I came across this the other day and wanted to share it with everyone here:

This channel is fairly new and focuses on artists all across the comic medium and I thought it was awesome that their 3rd video was on Toriyama. This was also something I noticed about his work but on a subconscious level. It's fun to reflect on it now that I'm aware. Check it out!

That was very insightful! I never caught that background trick of Toriyama until it was shown in example. It makes it all the more glaring when I immediately notice it in select manga and didn't understand why until now.

To be honest I thought this was going to be a waste of time, but due to boredom I checked it out anyway. Safe to say it blew my mind how good the video was and checked the others too. Truly awesome series! Thank you for sharing!

Really did enjoy that! It also reminded me of how much Toriyama disliked doing backgrounds lol
