A browse through Daizenshuu 1 didn't turn up anything. That suggests that it was done after the manga concluded, but the art style suggests it was done around about the Namek saga, so that doesn't make sense!

It looks quite Boo-ish in the art style to me but Kuririn's hat is Namek saga style.
