If you have just under a half hour's worth of time, it's a lot of fun to listen to Sabat gush about the series.

Overall, some cool stories and tidbits from Sabat that may or may not have been in panels or past interviews, but here's some stuff that caught my attention:

• Characters in FighterZ are self-aware about the player controlling their actions.
• Sean Schemmel is focused on keeping in-line with the idea of Son Goku acting through selfish desires (and leaving the old school "hero dub" Goku behind)
• In the '99 era, they only had the Spanish dub to go off of for script references. Very little material was given from "them" (one could assume that they were working with Toei on reference material).
• They had almost NOTHING to go on for Sean's performance as Goku Black in Xenoverse 2. That performance will most likely not match his upcoming work in Super's (Thank Kami).
• Sabat promises to "blows your mind" with a revelation about Vegeta's "BADMAN" outfit and it's origin.
• "It's cheese," was given in one read. Nice.
• Sabat is particularly excited about Zen'oh.

Give it a listen! While I lean very heavily on the Japanese version when it comes to Dragon Ball, I am a fan of FUNimation's current (2010-onward) efforts and have mad respect for Sabat's work.

He describes the revelation in the video, I just didn't want to give it away. It's... funny to think about, I'll leave it at that. The "it's cheese," line is from Vegeta, when Beerus asks what the gooey stuff is on pizza. Early Super episodes.

Oh, thanks. That is a good theory, but it's just a theory. I thought he was revealing an actual fact.

I say "revelation" very loosely, because of how much he hypes it. I kinda rolled my eyes when he mentioned it.
