Given what I can parse of the text on the cover and the fact that it's a 45, it looks like it's a single of Makafushigi Adventure backed with Romantic Ageru Yo. So it counts for vinyl, but since you specifically mentioned LPs in your post, this doesn't technically fit the bill.

I thought there was an LP out there but I didn't know there was also a single as well. Pretty cool.
