The only thing listed on the store page is "Languages: English and Japanese". I can't imagine they'll do this without the Faulconer track, though. It'll probably have the same English-Kikuchi and English-Faulconer options that they've had forever.
"Perfect" is the enemy of the good. True for Cell and true for real life.

Yes, those have been the standard two English dub audio options they've had on every release since the Orange Bricks with the exception of the Dragon Boxes for obvious reasons.
DB collection related goals as of now:

1.) Find decent priced copy of Dragon Box Z Vol. 4 (Done)

2.) Collect rest of manga

3.) Get rest of Daizenshuu (2-7)

It's a known fact that 4Kids did just that with the Yu-Gi-Oh! license.

https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2 ... l-monsters

4Kids never licensed the rights to use the Japanese versions of the episodes for distribution of anykind. But streaming isn't the only medium 4Kids attempted to distribute it on anyway.

https://ravegrl.files.wordpress.com/200 ... 154&zoom=2

These are "uncut" Yu-Gi-Oh! DVDs. They contain both the original Japanese audio as well as a new uncut English dub. Containing 3 episodes each, these would eventually get cancelled after Episode 9 and never continued.

Alongside FUNimation (funny enough), 4Kids distributed Yu-Gi-Oh! on these and other English edited collections without disclosing the entire details to the respective Japanese companies which would result in the eventual lawsuit and termination of the Yu-Gi-Oh! license.

https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2 ... -sue-4kids

While it's never stated out-right which DVDs, if not all of them, were the biggest infractions, it's safe to say the uncut DVDs qualified. 4Kids had already got in trouble for streaming the series without proper licenses, the uncut DVDs most likely had the same issue.

What we can expect of this release in terms of audio tracks:

• English dub (w/ Original Score)
• English dub (w/ US Replacement Score)
• Japanese audio (Muffled)

Unless things change, this is going to be the Season Sets in 4:3 AR so it's going to be slightly better than the retail cropped edition.

Also, if FUNimation really cared about the hardcore fans then they would have released their own Dragon Box: The Movies but they never did.

I haven’t heard anything about audio yet. But maybe they replied to a random Twitter post? They did reply to SOME questions, rite? Just not the video-related ones. Till the update at least.

But it’s probably just the same two options as the “season” sets.
eledoremassis02 wrote: Fri Apr 12, 2019 2:55 pm if that's the case, Id gladly scan my copy from a shonen jump and send it to them
Kanzenshuu has them all, so it’s not like they can’t get them again if they wanted. But I doubt they care that much. They really don’t seem to care about the title pages... They just throw em at the end, randomly don’t include some, put in the wrong ones, et cetera.

OK,

Anyone who pre-orders the 30th anniversary set has no room to complain.

All the original boxes or custom DVD packs? If the latter, may be worth printing custom covers in high quality for a consistent collection.

I really hated how much space the GT Singles took so I decided to put 'em all on two boxes like Madman's Dragon Ball: Saga Sets.

Why FUNimation got rid of the GT NEPs entirely is anyone's guess, they could have included them in the Bonus section at the very least like Spain's distributor (Selecta Visión) did.

I have the original proper boxes for volumes 1,3,5 and 6, for Box 2 it's just the two DVD books with the discs and Box 7 is the discs in a case with Kid Buu single insert artwork as shown in the recent purchase thread. So for those latter two i intend to eventually make custom packages with Dragon Box art so they will match up with the rest of them.

Why doesn't FUNimation allow users to freely cancel their orders like Amazon? Seems like FUNimation needs to upgrade.

Call me crazy, or stupid, or a fake fan (lol), but I actually like the way the 30th set looks best for at least a couple of those comparisons. Not all of them, but a couple of them.

Are the screenshots from TV SP1 and TV SP2 in HD? It's hard to tell if they are but both are available in high def.

Funny thing is I didn’t exactly email them to cancel I emailed them asking if I could cancel. If they didn’t respond or they got snippy I was ready to cancel my debit card (which is almost physically worn out) and get a new one😏

It's because it's an apples and oranges comparison, FUNimation's footage is taken from the 35mm film masters from the movies for the opening. They did the same thing on the Level Sets.
