Pirate VHS copy of Fusion Reborn or legit?

Post by JohnnyCashKami » Wed Apr 24, 2019 2:26 am

Saw this on an eBay auction and while it looks like a bootleg copy, I'd like if someone could confirm.

Was this one of those prehistoric DBZ tapes with English 'spicy' subs and where the fansubbers were at 'war'?

From what I can see the cover does match the Japanese VHS release. Assuming this is the Japanese VHS, I have my doubts as to why the tape itself would have the title written in English. The sticker also looks fairy basic/cheap without the company logo which isn't usual for Toei VHS releases:

Coincidentally, I have this exact bootleg tape. I'm not home right now, but I'll upload some more pictures if you'd like once I get home.
