Discussion regarding the entirety of the franchise in a general (meta) sense, including such aspects as: production, trends, merchandise, fan culture, and more.
They use English credits that credits the Japanese cast and crew first and then the English cast and crew at the end. (As opposed to Funimation that prioritizes their cast and crew first and then is like oh yeah here’s some Japanese people who work on Dragon Ball Z without bothering to credit the Japanese cast)

OP/ED are the creditless reels with Pioneer's own credits added on top; OP credits both the relevant Japanese and English crew, and as Masenko notes, ED credits first lists everyone on the Japanese side who were credited originally, in English writing, then credits everyone who worked on the English side.
Title cards are, I believe, left as-is but with a subtitle.
Want Ocean's Dragon Ball Kai dub to see the light of day? Like this Tweet. And if you can, retweet and reply. A Netflix rep encouraged this avenue of drumming up buzz quite enthusiastically, so this may just be the shot that works!!
