If Dragon Ball Super returns, can Toriyama have more influence (as well as ROF and Broly)?

If Dragon Ball Super returns, can Toriyama have more influence (as well as ROF and Broly)?

One thing that bothers me about Super is the style similar to the filler episodes or the 80's and 90's movies. We had Genki Lady Sword, Female Broly, Super Saiyan Rage, Merged Zamasu ... I believe Dragon Ball Super can be better if the script has more participation, what about you?

dont think toriyama cares that much like the fans do. he made his millions off the franchise so he's pretty much done.
