I'm probably missing a LOT stuff, but here goes. Please note that this isn't in any particular order.

Anime Series
Fullmetal Alchemist (I like both, but '03 is my favorite non-DB anime)
Evangelion
Escaflowne
One Piece (finally caught up last year!)
Galaxy Express 999 (Thanks to Kunzait for singing its praises)
Eureka Seven
Haruhi Suzumiya
Banana Fish
My Hero Academia
One Punch Man
Mob Psycho 100
Macross
Trigun
Cowboy Bebop
Casshern Sins
Devilman Crybaby
A Place Further Than the Universe
Baccano!
Alita OVAs
Death Note
Yu-Gi-Oh!/GX (bite me, YGO is my Pokémon; also, the original manga is best for the first series and DSOD is a fantastic BoG-style "years after the OG ended" sequel)
Black Lagoon (need to see Roberta's Blood Trail)
YuYu Hakusho (haven't finished it, but I love it regardless)
Fist of the North Star (need to see FotNS2)
Megalobox
Made in Abyss
Thunderbolt Fantasy (watch this fucking show, you will not regret it)
G Gundam
Legend of the Galactic Heroes: De Neue These (the episode count on the OG was a little intimidating so this was a great alternative and I'm loving it so far)
Dr. Stone
Flowers of Evil
I"s Pure
Soul Eater
Kill La Kill
Gurren Lagann
Space Dandy
Jojo
Anohana
Naruto
Fruits Basket (used to watch the OG with my sister, 2019 is fantastic)
Saint Seiya
FLCL (need to see seasons 2 and 3)
Hinamatsuri
Hellsing/Ultimate (never finished Ultimate, though)
Blue Exorcist
SSSS.Gridman (really appeals my to my Sentai/PR-loving side)
Cells at Work
Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni (just the first series)
HSD Kenichi
Big O

Anime Movies
Akira
Most Ghibli films (duh)
Rebuild of Evangelion
Metropolis
Mind Game
Tekkonkinkreet
Macross: DYRL?
Mobile Suit Gundam Movie Trilogy
Perfect Blue
Ninja Scroll
Your Name
Weathering With You
A Silent Voice
Promare
Arcadia of My Youth (the Harlock TV series disappointed me when compared with GE999, but this film is fantastic)
Ghost in the Shell
Pokémon I Choose You/The First Movie (Yeah, YGO is my Pokémon, but I still have some nostalgia, sue me)

Non-anime Animated Series
Avatar (need to see Korra)
Samurai Jack
Futurama
Steven Universe
Star Wars: Clone Wars (Tartatovsky)
Star Wars: The Clone Wars
Star Wars Rebels
Star Wars Resistance (yes, it's not the greatest, but it's still a fun time)
Dexter's Lab
Powerpuff Girls
Ed, Edd, n Eddy
Spongebob (particularly the early stuff)
The Simpsons (I don't watch religiously but I do love a lot of the great early episodes and the movie)
Family Guy (mainly the early stuff like with The Simpsons, though the new stuff seems to be almost transcendently awful)
Daria
Rick and Morty (need to see season 4)
Boondocks
Hey! Arnold
Rugrats
Looney Tunes
Tom and Jerry

Non-anime Animated movies
Most Disney/Pixar stuff
The Lego Movies (except Ninjago since I haven't seen it)
Iron Giant ("Superman" gets me every fucking time)
Land Before Time
Coraline
Boxtrolls
Kubo and the Two Strings
Shrek 1 and 2
Pagemaster (yes, it's bad, leave me alone)
Song of the Sea
Into the Spider-Verse (best Spider-Man movie)

Live-Action Series
Tons of Power Rangers/Super Sentai
Some Kamen Rider (Ryuki, Decade, Gaim, a little W for the noir theme though I have to get back to it)
Mandalorian (as great as it is, I feel a strong need to note that The Clone Wars is better and you should watch it if you liked Mando; I guess I'm sad that TCW is largely ignored by casual SW fans while they are Mando up [yes, it's still very good, but so is TCW, TCW has Obi-Wan being awesome and extra context for Anakin's character and moral dilemmas in wartime and Mortis and Ahsoka fucking Tano and Jesus just watch it])
Veronica Mars (and the movie)
Roswell
Leverage (I would kill for another season or at least a movie)
Breaking Bad (need to watch Better Call Saul)
The Fades (why did they kill it after one season?!)
Agents of Shield (I'm super behind, though)
Marvel Netflix (all good except Iron Fist, though that at least had Colleen so it's at least a little good)
Star Trek (most of TOS and a ton of TNG, need to sit down and finish the rest)
Malcolm in the Middle
Whose Line Is It Anyway?
The It Crowd

Live-Action Movies
Star Wars (yes, even the prequels, though I prefer HAL9000's fanedits, they're fine if uneven and have really interesting themes, bite me; IX did disappoint but the sequels did a lot right for me, particularly VIII, which is on par with the OT for me, bite me; the OT is about as good as movies get)
Battle Royale
Harry Potter (and the books, too; look, Rowling is an abhorrent human being and there are very problematic elements in the series, but the series is also incredibly important to me on a personal level and I do think it holds up even if I account for the problematic elements; I'd say the series has transcended its bigoted author, though I will admit my hypocrisy in feeling differently towards other properties like Kenshin, in which case I don't know if I can go back to it)
Star Trek TOS films (not the Abrams ones since I haven't seen them)
Back to the Future
Karate Kid
Breakfast Club
Lots of Kevin Smith's stuff (Clerks and Dogma are my favorites, need to see J&SB Reboot)
Power Rangers 2017
Spider-Man (even the Amazing films, sue me)
MCU Films
X-Men First Class and DoFP (the originals don't hold up)
Logan
Deadpool 1 and 2
Batman (every one, even B&R, if only ironically)
Wonder Woman
Superman I and II (preferably the Donner Cut)
Most Bruce Lee films (need to see Way of the Dragon)
Twin Dragons (was a favorite of mine when Encore had it on repeat)
36th Chamber of Shaolin (thanks Kunzait)
Duel to the Death (again, thanks Kunzait)
Kung Fu Hustle
Journey to the West Conquering the Demons
Hero
Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon
Rashomon
Seven Samurai
Godzilla
Mothra
Godzilla vs. Mothra
Shin Godzilla
Alita: Battle Angel (they got this REALLY right)
Double Indemnity
The Maltese Falcon
Gilda
Gun Crazy
Mildred Pierce
The Postman Always Rings Twice
Body Heat
Devil in a Blue Dress
Sunset Boulevard
Chinatown (Polanski can burn in hell, though)
Drive
Brick
Knives Out
AVGN The Movie
John Wick 1 and 2 (need to see 3)
Kingsman (need to see the second one)
Birdman
Zombieland 1 and 2
Rocky (all of them, either for being genuine explorations of the human condition or for being Saturday morning cartoons; need to see Creed)
Terminator 1 and 2
Arrival
The Mask
Logan Lucky
Detective Pikachu (it was good, leave me alone, yes I'm seeing Sonic next week, why do you ask)
Men in Black 1 thru 3 (haven't seen International; and yes, I like 2, bite me)
Independence Day
Ghostbusters
Scott Pilgrim
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
Spaceballs
Blazing Saddles
This is the End
Shaun of the Dead
The World's End
(YES I NEED TO SEE HOT FUZZ LEAVE ME ALONE)

Halloween I, II, and the most recent sequel
10 Cloverfield Lane
Ready or Not
Get Out
Us
Robocop
Starship Troopers
Mean Girls
Psycho
A Clockwork Orange
Juno
Napoleon Dynamite
Pan's Labyrinth
Hugo (A Trip to the Moon, too, though that's my smug "I took the film track for my English degree" side talking)
Pacific Rim
The Matrix
Election
World's Greatest Dad
Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory
Matilda
Raising Arizona
Fargo
Jojo Rabbit
Diary of a Wimpy Kid (it was cute and reminded me of when I read Herbie Jones and Ramona Quimby as a kid, leave me alone)
Kick Ass
Fast and the Furious series (not caught up on them but damn do I love these stupid, stupid movies)
Source Code
War Games
The Graduate
Ivan the Terrible Parts I and II
Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolf
Citizen Kane (not a favorite, only saw it recently, felt compelled to include it, guess I have to turn in my "I took the film track for my English degree" card)

Oh my God, that was a lot. There's probably plenty of stuff I'm forgetting, too. Plus I had to cut A LOT of stuff I like to get to the stuff that really stuck with me. So yeah, not exhaustive by any means.

Everyone should. It's fantastic. The cynicism of the series is dialed up to eleven and yet it manages what to me at least was a very optimistic ending. Call me a sap but themes like "even if the world is shit, we can still be there for each other" catches me in the feels every time.
My opinions suck. You should probably mute me to spare yourself having to see them.

"If someone gets Star Wars wrong? Death threats. If a kid learns that a shitty song they liked when they were 12 was a cover of a song made in 1984? Death threats. If someone makes a Sonic game that's too dark and edgy? Death threats. If someone makes a Sonic game that isn't too dark and edgy? Death threats. If someone criticizes Naruto? Lots of death threats. Sexualizes pokemon? UNIVERSAL PRAISE." - Plague of Gripes

I am greatly saddened that we are on page 2 and no one else has mentioned Doctor Who.
Cool stuff that I upload here because Youtube will copyright claim it: https://vimeo.com/user60967147

Dr Who is one of those shows I never got into mainly because of how long it's been going on for, i'm always intimidated to jump into a show like that because of not only the huge time investment required to catch up but because of having to keep track of everything for the sake of understanding continuity(That's one of many reasons I never got into LOST)

Very broad question, but I'll break it down a bit and keep it shortish.

Favourite big ass multimedia franchises (of course Dragon Ball would fall in this category for me, placing either first or second, and in general there's some possible overlap with some of my TV and film choices, which could have landed here):

A Song of Ice and Fire (the book series Game of Thrones was based on)
Star Wars
Metal Gear

Favourite Films:

The Godfather Parts I & II
The Lion King (1994)
Terminator 1 & 2
The Dark Knight Trilogy

Favourite TV Shows:

Breaking Bad (I'm including the spin-off Better Call Saul with this too)
The Sopranos
The Wire

Love following wrestling too if that counts.

Man.. listing all of my favourite movies and TV shows would hard as hell to do, as there is a lot of shit I love.

Apocalypse Now
Goodfellas

Sorry To Bother You

TV Series:
1986 - Kimagure Orange Road
1992 - Sailor Moon
1999 - Spaced
2003 - Peep Show
2008 - The Inbetweeners

Films:
1975 - Monty Python and the Holy Grail
1978 - Halloween
1978 - Watership Down
1982 - The Thing
2002 - About a Boy
2004 - Shaun of the Dead
2007 - Hot Fuzz
2010 - Submarine
2013 - The World's End

Don't really watch much anime, and I generally tried to limit it to shows/films I'd rewatch at least once a year.
