I thought Cell in FighterZ was really cool; IMO, even better than in DBZ.
If done right, he could make a return as good as Freeza did at the beginning of ToP.

If there can be something as out there as Trunks and Mai becoming an item, something which genuinely feels like it could have come from a weird dream, I don't think of anything as impossible anymore.

Raditz, Nappa, Bardock, Paragus, and King Vegeta are temporarily brought back for a Saiyan-focused arc.
Grandpa Gohan actually being acknowledged for the 1st time since filler flashbacks in the Cell Arc, whether as a flashback or a full on appearance.
Chiaotzu and Yamcha getting a chance to fight for the 1st time since the Saiyan and Cell Arcs (if you call Chiaotzu self destructing a fight).
Frieza, tired of incompetence among the new Frieza Force, brings the Ginyu Force back.
Launch making a cameo at Bulma's next party.
Clearly I'm asking a lot of Toei, I'm not sure even Shenron can grant these wishes.
