Replacement DVD cover

Post by eledoremassis02 » Sun Mar 29, 2020 8:44 pm

Figured I'd make a thread to share HQ scans of covers and they seem hard to find. (if this is ok with the mods)

My covers for Lord Slug and bother cooler movies got damaged and am looking to print replacements but I can't find high-quality scans online.

Any help would be great

Is that Cooler's Revenge cover art a Toei illustration or a Funimation pan? I forgot how nice it looked.

Just like Dragon Ball since Chapter #4.

Most likely it's from a promo animation cel scan, much like the nice pictures Toei share on their Twitter.
The point of Dragon Ball is to enjoy it. Never lose sight of that.

I think it's a close up to the first scene in which cooler attacks Goku after transforming.

Are there any good ones for GT? I hate the big green brick Funimation released and would like to just repackage it into 2 standard size cases.

Hi,

Would anyone have a replacement cover for Funimation's Level 1.2?

I have Funi 1.1 and Madman 1.2 but I want the cases to be consistent on my shelf and I've given up on Funi 1.2 being restocked on Amazon, so just having the spines match will do me.

Neither has a slipcover so not worried about that.

Thanks.
Do you have any info about international non-English broadcasts about the Dragon Ball anime or manga translations/editions? Please message me. Researching for a future book with Dragon Ball scholar Derek Padula

Thank you for the caps! The Blue bricks don't look so bad, I think the zoom in bother me a more than the DNR (tho it's probably no more than what a CRT would cut off. I do notice that the blacks are not as dark, which is something the RTD set suffered from too
