Are these Blue Bricks bootlegs?
So I was planning on picking up the Blue Bricks since I only have the singles, and are kinda "eh" quality to me when compared to the Z and GT singles (not to mention, the first one is censored). I found two listings for the whole series going for fifty bucks, but they definitely aren't the original packaging.

I didn't want to write them off at first because it would be cheaper to put them in standard DVD cases, which I could see Funi doing.

Fairly confident those are bootlegs.
DB, Z, and GT subbed are my "canon".

Re: Are these Blue Bricks bootlegs?
Those have got to be bootlegs, seeing as the legit versions are the fold out digipack cases that have the picture of Shenron/Shen Long on the spine and these ones obviously don't.
DB collection related goals as of now:
1.) Find decent priced copy of Dragon Box Z Vol. 4 (Done)
2.) Collect rest of manga
3.) Get rest of Daizenshuu (2-7)

Agreed, my Dragon Boxes aren't presented this way. As well, the original spines of the digipacks without the slipcovers form artwork of Shenron, which these don't do.SuperSaiyaManZ94 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 06, 2020 9:22 pm Those have got to be bootlegs, seeing as the legit versions are the fold out digipack cases that have the picture of Shenron/Shen Long on the spine and these ones obviously don't.

Bootlegs, albeit pretty dang good for bootlegs. got the entire seines for $20 bucks last year and gave it to my brother so he could finally force his lady friend to watch the original db.
