Kind of a mix of unanimated and altered is right after Vegeta kills Zarbon. In the manga he has a serious look on his face saying that Frieza won't go down simply due to their teaming up more or less, while the anime he has an evil smirk saying their teaming up to take down Frieza wouldn't be sporting.
Also during his tournament fight with Jackie Chun, Goku does a "Mad Dog Attack that he mistakenly calls "Mad Fury at first in the manga, but he doesn't do it in the anime.

In the anime, the denshi jar Tien practiced the mafuba on never breaks like in the manga, where Tien notices it's damaged when he arrives. Instead, he actually tries it on Piccolo, but Drum jumps in the way and Piccolo destroys the jar.
Goku doesn't drink the Ultra Divine water in Korin Tower.
In the manga, Piccolo is shown hiding behind Kame house while Raditz kidnaps Gohan. In the anime, we never even see him until he reveals himself, and he's floating in the air this time.
Krillin calling out Akira Toriyama for photocopying panels during Goten and Trunks' first fusion and Tori-bot's subsequent apology aren't obviously not in the anime.
And this isn't "unanimated" but Goku's look of pity after "killing" Frieza is just a standard glare in the anime.

Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

That reminded me of another, very minor example. In the manga, after killing Frieza Goku has an upset, remorseful look on his face. In the anime it's just a generic angry face.peterx wrote: ↑Sat Oct 24, 2020 3:41 pmSounds good, thanks!Super Sonic wrote: ↑Sat Oct 24, 2020 3:29 pm Kind of a mix of unanimated and altered is right after Vegeta kills Zarbon. There's also a bit from the DB Search that wasn't animated. After Mai makes a joke about balls between the guys' legs and Pilaf admonishes her, she has poop on a stick while apologizing. Pilaf yells at her about Dr. Slump references and toilet humor while Shuu does Arale's "KIIIIIIN!" (English version he says "Bada Bing" but was before Viz did Dr. Slump). The anime didn't have that bit and just cut to the heroes after Pilaf admonishes her the first time.
