That video about the French dub (Where a ratings chart was shown, and TF1's broadcasts of Dragon Ball dominating) once again awakened my desire for factual proof of Dragon Balls success! But this time I am going EARLY into it's introduction to other countries!

Please help me out here my fellow Kanzenshuu members!

It has to be factual, but any country or region is fair game.
