Anybody remember the old Toonami promos?

Post by GI_Judd2287 » Sat Apr 21, 2007 6:23 pm

This may be somewhat off topic, but I miss the hell out of those. I was watching some of them on YouTube and they still get me pumped for the show. Particularly this one:

It's a nice trip down memory lane. I wish Toonami was still like that.

A lot of them are available at Toonami Digital Arsenal. And I'm talking about the ones from the late 90s even, like the ones with Moltar.

I remember these days like it was yesterday. Watching Dragonball Z on Cartoon Network after school every day, anticipating the next episode. It was really in it's prime back then... :)

Why did they have to go and change Toonami? Probably because of that "new generation of kids" crap.

Here are a few more. Ah, memories...

Season 4 Promo

Season 5 Promo

Aww man I miss Dragonball on toonami, back when I didn't know about all this dragonball stuff and I watched it everyday.

Now the main way the media allows me to watch the series is if I'm willing to pay for Funimations stuff. :? Great.....Just great.
