The reps have always been truthful so far. It's the marketing people you should be pissed at.
Surely somebody at FUNimation realizes that they could have made EVEN MORE MONEY (zOMgZ!!!1!11! more $$$$??!?) if they had simply kept the set's universal appeal by not cropping the fucking thing?
I definately agree there!

...You do know that FUNiRepBlue and FUNiRepRed are Marketing Associates by title, correct? :P

You know what I mean, though.

Not really. That's like saying "blame the webmaster, but not Mike." :P

I saw the set at Wal-mart. I flipped it off and kept walking.

Aw, someone should have gotten a photo of that. It would make a great avatar or wallpaper online. :D

It's more of a bad wording thing.

What I mean here is "blame the guys who came up with all this controversial crap and bullshit explinations... not the messengers who have answered our questions truthfully!"

What if we're Spartan? Can't we do both?

I guess I could make an exception there... but only if you have an impossibly huge well and a mean front kick.

Thank you, FUNi! Now, Kiwi has an air of mystery about him!

I posted a clip a while back of where Bulma's clothes almost completely vanished off her due to the ships shaking, if that would help.

As that clip was taken down, can someone post a screenshot or clip? Just want to see how bad it looks. (Ironic, I'm making fun of this release, yet I'll buy the sets AT LEAST up to the Buu-saga...)

I have the set thanks to the Best Buy error. I just got through the episode where Dende was saved. One of the three Namek warriors that tried to rescue the village sounded a bit like Scott McNeil.

Why couldn't that guy have been Piccolo's voice in these remasters?! It's almost as if they hired Scott McNeil to play a smal Namek role just to tease the people who like the Ocean cast!

It might've been him. McNeil did come down to FUNi studios to do the voice of Hohenheim in FMA, maybe he lent a cameo for the redub while he was there? >.>

If it was him, he totally should've been used for the re-dub's Piccolo.

Hell, even if it wasn't him whoever it was should've been used as the voice of Piccolo.

My brother picked it up today at FYE and he was robbed ($40). The episodes aren't too interesting and it still seems like a basic set. Hopefully Season Three, which would be what exactly, will be better... :?

You can call me Rick because I'm not actually Piccolo.
I missed out on all of the DB Movie fun, huh?
Point blank: it's gonna suck if you want it to. Personally, I'm seeing it as a comedy.
