They detail is definitely impressive. I'm not so wild about the actual color choices though. A bit too metallic for my tastes.

The Broly Movie Collection figures are just really hard to find, having doubles is just something I would like especially if I'm looking to make a trade. Most of the big American DBZ Collectors know that the Blue Haired variant and the Gold Z-Store Exclusive are extremely hard to find and they are very valuable

I was kind thinking it'd be funny to get a poseable Bardock figure and do a Lion King thing with it. :D

What is it anyway? Is it just a figure? Is the battery used to light something up or did you put it there to compare sizes?

It's Banpresto Ichiban Kuji.
A special line developed by Banpresto that releases special quality figures of characters or events that took place within the series. These are usually mini statues or high quality small/DX scaled figures released by Banpresto, along with key-chains, cushions, phone charms, mugs, wall scrolls, etc.
They can get very expensive and rare to come buy, especially if you don't hop on them as soon as they are released.
There is no "set" of space pods, but there are other figures that coincide with that release. As per their release they are designated "A", "B", "C" etc. These figures are prizes meant to be won in special lotteries or arcade games/events.

My first Daizenshuu.

It was a total impulse buy. I saw an auction going for a fairly low price and I decided to pounce.

Shit, that Daizenshuu looks awesome.

This was more like a Christmas haul, but since I haven't been around much, and this is still my most recent purchase, I'ma post it now anyways.
