Very, very, VERY true. I LOVE the little Goku and Pan set. I've had it since it came, and it's still my favorite DB toy purchase. After those, I also like the Gohan and Goten set. Great stuff.

Good call, Oldphan!

Is the Japanese BGM really all that great? I've got season 1 of GT but haven't gotten around to watching it yet, what's so impressive about it? Is it J-Pop, or just much more variety than Z? A lot of you give it much praise...

Anyway, as for two things i like from GT, definitely Goku's super saiyan 4 character design, and the fact that #18 was useful again.

Deeeefinitely not J-Pop.

- Vegeta being forced to shave the horrid -we-will-not-talk-about-it moustache.

- I quite liked Goku swallowing the dragonball and the reaction from Vegeta, As well as the fight with Omega Shenron.

- Sorry I know it's two, But the soundtrack is pretty awesome.
"Ok, use your instincts Kakarott. Right or Left? (Hmmm... I'd have to say... left.) Good. Then I'm going right!" (Vegeta to Goku as they try to find their way to free the others inside Buu - Episode: The Innards of Buu)

The music and the fact that it didn't drag on.

The music(BGM & vocal songs). Does that count as two? XD
Jerseymilk: "Can I tell you something?"
B-kun: "What?"
Jerseymilk: "I see Fangirls."

The openings and endings were my first exposure to Japanese Dragon Ball music in any context, so they hold a very special place in my heart.

I also love the TV special. It's probably one of my favorite "movies." I'm buying GT season two at some point just to have a copy of it that doesn't macroblock like crazy.

I love the ending to the series, too. That's three things, but... Yeah.

So many things to choose from. I'd have to say the music (because it's better than DB and DBZ's and the theme songs aren't used for 199 episodes straight) and the length of the fights (doesn't take 30-some episodes to finish a fight).

Reason 1- It has "Dragon" in it

Reason 2- It has "Ball" in it

can't think of anything else

that was very good, I would just hope that song isn't played every other episode.

* Super 17 looking like he wandered in from some other series. He looks like someone brought the wrong sized-action figure to a collection or something.

* GT Trunks. Wah he doesn't brood over his dystopian future, I wonder why?

I've heard that song about 2 times in the whole of GT.

Now, is it just me or is Nozawa using her 'older Goku' voice in that clip, particularly the first line as Goku is rising up with the Genki Dama?

That song was played like 7 times and most of them were sliced for the scene.
