Does being at equal power also include Kaioken being affected? It's a technique meant for multiplying stats so does it become useless here?

Anyways ignoring Kaioken for now, Goku still has the advantage with instant transmission and solar flare. Vegeta just simply lacks any creative techniques like those and his techniques are mainly focused on concentrating ki to deal as much damage as possible which while nice, Vegeta can still be done in by those two techniques mentioned before.

If we're including DBS manga, Goku also has a Hakai-like technique and if we're including movies, there's also Dragon Fist and spirit bomb absorption.

Well, Gotenks probably got a bit weaker over the years, and Goku might surpassed him.
Then SS2 Trunks was able to fight on par with SS3 Goku, but he was still fodder to Goku Black (probably his base form, too), so isn't the result obvious?

When Vegeta was defeated by Final Form Freeza and when his chest was pierced by Freeza's Death Beam. If Dende had been alive and healed him, would he be able to beat Freeza with the Zenkai boost he would have gotten?

Vegeta was probably 2-3 million after dende healed him the first time. But if he survived that near death experience with Frieza. He would probably jump to maybe 6-8 million. But with no kaioken. He might be able to last against 1% Frieza. But couldn't do shit against 50%.
