I'm pretty sure they sell it at the Viz website. I haven't been there in a while, but from what I remember, there's an online store there.

I wouldn't recommend getting them from japanimation.com/dbz as I'm in the middle of a little crisis over one of my orders with them, and they're reeeeally evil that way. You might want to try somewhere else if you don't want grief.
BGM forever! If only more people paid attention to it... well, I intend to change that.
