Dragonball Z: Budokai 2/Cowboy Bebop Soundtrack Q

I'm sorry, given I don't have Budokai 2 anymore, I need to know if someone can give me a comparison.

There's a track on the first Cowboy Bebop soundtrack called "Bad Dog, No biscuits", and it sounds awfully familiar to one of the background compositions for the Dragonworld mode. Can anyone confirm that these two are one in the same, or just similar and from the same genre?
