Really? I don't remember that, but I'd be interested to see what it said. I couldn't find it in the places I'd expect it to be, but I'm sure someone will know where it's from and post it.

For Bra I always say that if the need rises she can go SSJ or even SSJ2 at is at least Buu sags Vegeta level.
For Pan I say either she can go SSJ and SSJ2 or she will have ultimate later.

Come on. Even if Bulla/Bra can go SSJ2, let alone SSJ1, she'd be nowhere near Buu Saga Vegeta's level. She never fights, or trains. I'd say yes. Going off my "Stronger the Saiyan at time of sex = stronger the child" theory, Bra has more potential than Pan seeing as she's still half Saiyan like Trunks is. She may even have more potential than Goten and Trunks if she had Pan's End of Z attitude.
