Even if he trains them it's going to be below ox king level , you can't master most of gokus techniques without being ridiculously powerful and skilled , normal humans can barely control ki.

It took roshi 50 years to master Kamehameha.
It took goku years to master instant transmission. Where goku is such a prodigy in mimicking ki techniques that he learnt Kamehameha at first glance.
Even a God like king kai couldn't master kaio kan.

Ye but videl is like the strongest normal human,aside from those guys in the 21st budokai.And while videl can fly she cant fly super fast due to not being able to withstand the air that is hitting her.Imagine running at 100+ km/h.Would be pretty painful ^^

Still though I'm sure goku will try and teach the human to fly and etc,if possible.But goku's techniques i dont know if they can learn.I mean goku has 2 techniques that he uses IT and kameha.Both of which i doubt a random human could learn.But flying and improving their strength I'm sure he would help them out.
