Where would you all place SS Goku?

Hey guys!

I know we're all not going to agree on this answer, but I'm just curious to hear your guys' opinions on where Super Saiyan Goku's power would be as of DBS Ep. 45?

I have no idea.

A part of me now has come back around full circle into thinking that Base Goku = Super Saiyan God Goku.

Going by the Vegeta and Cabba fight, turning Super Saiyan looks to make them 50x stronger. With Super Saiyan Blue and then Kaioken x10 aswell it'd mean he'd be hundreds of times stronger than Super Saiyan God and I can't buy that.

SSJ Goku is as strong as the plot need him to be. Super has been a horrendous case of "show, don't tell", and as such, we have no way to gauge how strong the characters as their strength seems to fluctuate depending on how the story progresses.

Thinking about it, Goku and Vegeta suggested Goten and Trunks should not depend on Fusion if they wanted to become stronger. Perhaps Goku and Vegeta have come close to Vegetto once they finished their training with Whis and possibly surpassed him after lefting the time room. So, SS Goku can possibly be stronger than Super Vegetto.

Up to the ep. 45 of the anime, you'd have these three major lines of thought.

*** Conservative Estimation ***
Base Goku = ~ Super Saiyan 3 Goku (BOG)
Super Saiyan Goku = ~ Base Vegito (DBZ)

*** Semi-Conservative Estimation***
Base Goku = ~ Base Vegito (DBZ)
Super Saiyan Goku = ~ Super Vegito (DBZ)

*** Super Saiyan Form as strong as Super Saiyan God Estimation***
Base Goku = ~ Super Saiyan Vegito (DBZ)
Super Saiyan Goku = Super Saiyan God Goku (BOG)

All have some strong and weak points, along with some kind of shortcomings here and there though.

I'd place Base Goku at SSJ3, SSJ Goku at SSG, and SSJB beyond that. I wished we had a multiplier for SSG, I'd say sense would say 1000x Base but then again I think it'd have to be way more than that.

Given the latest episode, at bare minimum, his base form is above SSJ3 Gotenks though Gotenks could be weaker than he used to be as the boys probably don't train as much or at all. With that in mind, there are three ways for me to look at it.

If Gotenks is still in the same strength level he was in the Boo arc, then SS Goku is above SS3 Vegetto (Boo arc).

If Gotenk's suffered a Gohan-Boo Arc level decline in power, then SS Goku is somewhere along SS3 Vegetto (Boo arc)

If Gotenk's suffered a Gohan-F level decline in power, then he could be anywhere from Super Boo to probably SS2 Vegetto (Boo arc) at most.

Given how fucking worthless most of the supporting cast are and since massive strength increases/declines are a thing in Super, I'm gonna go with the last one for the time being.

I find it amazing that the difference between those estimates is like measuring something saying ten feet vs ten miles. In keeping with the analogy that just means the storywriting fog is so thick you can't clear get an estimate.

Ssj1 = 50x base

In no reality is Vegeto 50 times more powerful than a ssj3.

Super Saiyain god is stronger then Vegito and Goku absorbed SSG into his ssj form so base goku > base vegito, buu arc vegito is nothing at this point

SSJ Goku should be way above SSJ2 Vegetto if we go by that, surely? If Vegetto required SSJ to fight against a character who is pretty much double SSJ3 tier.

Base Gotenks: 1
Base Vegetto: 32

SSJ3 Gotenks: 400
Evil Boo: 400

Base Goku: 500
Chou Gohan: 600

Boohan: 1000

SSJ Vegetto: 1,600
SSJ2 Vegetto: 2,400
SSJ3 Vegetto: 9,600

SSJ Goku: 25,000

Super is confusing. After wathcing Revival oF f, I was uner the impression that SSJ blue was ordinary SSJ just with god power but now SSJ and SSJ Blue are different forms?

Yup, as evidenced by Goku & Vegeta being able to use them separately, hence why there's a theory that they have two base forms now. One with God power that leads to SSJBlue and one without that lets them use regular old SSJ.
