Most broken power or technique in Db universe?

Powers or techniques that seems over the top and broken. Tell me what do you think is the most broken power seen in db?

1. Whis' Temporal Do Over (rewind time up too 3 mins)
2. Kaioken
3. Guldo's time stop (stop time in a certain area. However has to hold breath)
4. Time skip
5. Candy Beam
6. Hakai (able to erase a person or whole city with little to no effort)
7. Change! (ginyu's body switch)
8. Regeneration
9. Devilman beam (the more evil you are. The more deadly the the attack)
10. Zenkai boost

Which one of these are the most broken?

I would argue that out of all the powers that are broken it would be Devil Man's Beam. No matter what even if you have just a drop of evil in your heart it will expand that until you explode.

Shunkan Ido. I mean what's stopping Goku from charging a Genki Dama or something near his house (Or just have Piccolo charge the Makankosappo), teleporting the enemy there, and taking care of him quickly.

Zeno can very well fall in the gag character level of absurdity, so leaving him, I will go with hakai..

I suppose one way to look at this would be which technique could give a weaker fighter the best chance of defeating a much stronger opponent?

In that case, things like the Devilmite Beam, body change, and absorption would definitely be in the running. Also worth mentioning are the Mafuba, Dead Zone (although it's prone to backfire), Botamo's defensive power, Bergamo's power, ki draining, etc.

Well, I know for sure it is not Bulma's Seduction. Zamasu's mere existence engulfing everything seems like a good candidate. Probably even greater than the universe engulfing negative energy of Super Yi Xing Long. Or the Genki Dama. If we see what it does in GT, imagine one with really all the power it can gather. But technically all of them need their time and only Zamasu had the advantage of being invincible. So if time is a factor, Zenou's powers the power of a God of Destruction, Boo's Absorption or other stuff like that. Really nothing hinders Boo from absorbing all of the best characters and then fight in the Tournament of Power to wipe the floor with everyone else. Except his sleep. And there we have the true greatest power. Boo's sleep.

There are only two conceivable answers here: Zamasu's immortality or Zeno's ability to erase anything. I'd personally go with immortality for reasons of personal pleasure. You can only erase universes so many times before it gets dull, after all.

If you get bored of that, you can always destroy yourself and become an omnipresent cloud. You could probably do whatever you wanted in that form, given a little time.

I'd say the Kaioken. It's a cool thing to behold, but it doesn't change the fact that it makes Goku (theoretically at least) able to easily defeat people who otherwise have the same power level as him. The recent fight between Goku and Gohan was a good example. Gohan seemed to keep up with SSB Goku's full strenght, but as soon as Goku multiplied that strenght (by 2? by 5? not sure) it was obviously all over. It also means that as much as Goku and Vegeta are currently built up as being rivals on more or less equall strenght, Goku will Always easily be able to curbstomp Vegeta by litteraly making himself two, five or even ten times stronger in an instant.
