I'd say it's between Freeza and Cell probably because they're the most stubborn two. They would take decades to reform like Vegeta did (as we saw with Freeza in hell). Still, as much as Cell's pride in his perfection would hinder him, he would still have the cells of good people within him, which influence his personality. I'd say Freeza just because of his repeated insistence in refusing to turn good.
A reincarnation of someone is technically not the same person, since there natures and identities are radically altered between each life. There is no way characters like Freeza, Zamasu, Cell, Kid Buu and Super Buu could ever turn good on their own will.

Kid Buu is a mindless animal, Super Buu didn't get any less evil after absorbing Gohan and Goten (both of whom are pure of heart), and Cell depsite having Goku's dna (who is also pure of heart) is just as evil as Freeza.

Characters like Freeza, King Piccolo, Zamasu and Super Buu are complete monsters/psychopaths: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/ ... eteMonster

They are psychologically incapable of ever reforming in either real life (psychopathy is permanent) nor fiction. Even trying to make characters like that turn good is bad writing because it is so out of touch with nature.

The only characters listed that could possibly turn good or at least neutral are Broly and Tao. Broly is simply insane rather than diabolically evil, and Tao seems like your run-of-the-mill assassin for hire.

2. He killed Goku, his wife and goten
Right! How could I forget about that? Do you know what is creepier than Zamasu bragging about the fact of using Goku's own body to murder him in front of his wife and child, and then proceeding to butcher them mercilessly with a sinister smile on his face? The fact that he was still convinced that he was doing the right thing, since he defined that atrocity as a "cleansing" (which is a positive term, you cleanse something that is evil). The fact that Zamasu told himself that killing an innocent mother and her small child in cold blood is righteous and noble, coupled with the fact that Zamasu is a member of the most peaceful and benevolent species in the cosmos, is so horrible.

That was nasty, that was really nasty. I think that even Frieza would be freaked out if he found out the depths of Zamasu's depravity. Say what you will about Frieza, at least he gave the saiyans and King Vegeta, his greatest rival, a quick death.

I always said that Zamasu was a sadistic murderer, even though I think that some of his arguments were logical and understandable. But I never excused him for his multiple war crimes.
"Light of Divine Justice! Strike at me now! A cowering God who appeases evil can never prevail!"

Kid Boo and Super Boo were both affected by absorptions. Kid Boo turned into Fat Boo and Super Boo refused to kill Mr. Satan, those are just some of the ways a strong absorption can affect their psyche. Maybe they wouldn't reform in the traditional sense, but it would still be possible through this method. Piccolo Daimao would probably eventually reform seeing as how Piccolo Jr was just as evil and turned good.

As for the rest, Zamasu may be narcissistic but he had good intentions. If you could turn those intentions into a genuine desire to understand the world, then he wouldn't have gone through the road he went through. As for Freeza and Cell, if Vegeta, who was arguably worse, did it... then, well, yeah, nobody is really off-limits as much as the idea of a good Freeza disgusts me. You should know by this point that Dragon Ball isn't really a stranger to redeeming psycopathic killers.

Bibidi, with no one else really coming close. He slaughtered quadrillions of people, killed the gods, released the greatest evil ever on the universe, and nearly destroyed all life for literally no reason other than a desire for universal dominance. His son Babidi was if anything worse, being abusive even to his henchmen and going out of his way to kill people in the most horrifying ways possible even if they did everything he asked, but he got killed before he could do the damage his dad did.

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke
Herms wrote:The fact that the ridiculous power inflation is presented so earnestly makes me just roll my eyes and snicker. Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

I forgot about Bididi and Badidi. That's some good arguments

Kid Buu or Zamasu.
Chuquita wrote:I guess it depends. Freeza knew he was committing evil. Zamasu was committing evil, but convinced himself he wasn't. They're both murdering planets full of people.
I'd say Zamasu is more evil than Freeza because while Freeza did want to take over Universe 7 for his own greedy desires, Zamasu intended to purge all the Universes of all Mortals.

I'd say its tied between Frieza and Zamasu.

Janemba. Unlike most evil characters in Dragon Ball who are just people that do evil things, Janemba is made from evil energy. He is LITERALLY evil incarnate.

I might not answer to this question with my feedback, but since many people seem to have covered me, I will say that Goku Black (although many of you mean Zamasu in both ways, but hear me out first) is even worse, given his Saiyan warrior traits which made him an even more maniac of a character. However, I think that Balck was affected by Baby Vegeta's personality while being created as a character. He wanted to showcase his achievments to anyone lesser (forget that Baby required servants, for which he didn't actually care) so my point is that the most evil characters are the ones who embrace only themselves with no care about the environment around them. Destruction doesnt make one evil.

Freeza mainly because we literally saw him be given multiple chances to change his ways and he just throws them away. Other villains like Cell, Pure Boo (if only because he can't comprehend anything but evil), and Zamasu probably won't change if given a chance but Freeza's outright refusal to repent makes him especially vile.

He even begged Goku to spare his life then tries to blast him with his back turned like the despicable coward he is.

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

Must be Frieza, the other ones didn't have a choice to be evil(kid Buu because he is probably functions by instinc) and Zamasu was too insane to reckognize he was evil. Frieza knows he is evil and has been given multiple chances to become good and he keeps rejecting them even if he knows what happens when someone evil dies. However I still don't know if Frieza will change for the better or if he is going to become evil in a different way.

Zamasu easily. He literally wanted to purge the entire multiverse of mortals and basically succeeded. No other db villain has a kill count as high as Zamasu.

I still say its a tie between Zamasu and Frieza, but that little flea Babidi and his 'dad' Bidibi are also evil.

I don't think we've seen the true depths of evil in the series, yet.

Probably Freeza. On Namek, he begs the guy who's best friend he murdered to help him out and not only does Goku do it but even voices the possibility of Freeza maybe changing for the better. Goku's thanks? Freeza trying to kill him immediately after, attacking the Earth with Cold, attacking it again in Resurrection F and attempting to screw over all of U7 by joining U9. Even the "trust" Goku shows to him in the finale of Super is banking on Freeza being a self-serving shitbag, as usual, to give it his all so he won't get erased if/when Jiren beats them.

Zamasu (any version) is easily the most evil character, followed by Bibidi/Badibi, then Freeza.

I'd say all demons, but demons are naturally evil so... I guess Zamasu is worse than them because he doesn't admit that what he is doing is evil.
