Well I always remembered frieza and cells footsteps to be very similiar but I guess I was way off , I guess cell has a creepy mechanical sounding walk I thought was cool

Aren't Freeza & Cell's footsteps the same or at least very identical-sounding? It would make perfect(yes, I went there) sense if Cell's footsteps sounded like Freeza's since he was cloned partially from him.

I thought the same thing but in the super clip he provides cell and Freeza's footprints sound different

That could just be a Super thing, though. Not all of the SFX from the original run made it into the modern material.

I'm referring to DBZ. However, they still kinda sound similar even with DBS's new sound effects. Maybe its the different surfaces they walk on which explains the difference there is?

Yeah I think super changed the sound effect of frieza walking . Frieza and cell used to have same sound in walk.
