What Would Have Happened if Semi-Perfect Cell Was Bluffing?

Near the end of the Cell Games Saga in Dragon Ball Z, right when Semi-Perfect Cell had been inflating himself like a balloon and counting down the time before his Self Destruction, what if the Bio-Android was bluffing the entire time and by the time Full Power Super Saiyan Son Goku had used Instant Transmission in order to have gone with Semi-Perfect Cell to King Kai’s Planet, the morbidly obese monster of an oaf would have not destroyed King Kai’s Planet? This would have been if Semi-Perfect Cell had the means to fully hide the fact that he was lying from the Z Fighters.
