Manga Kale
The way I understand it is that Kale never reached her Super Saiyan 2 form in the manga. Is that a true statement.

Well, i could be mistaken, but i don't think she did actually. When she went Berserk, she first became very strong, defeating fighters like Anilaza, but she later became overwhelmed against pretty weak fighters because she wasn't in control and became predictable. Manga Kefla was more in control, but that was because of Cauliflas better knowlegde of martial arts and only after the fusion. Not because of the fact Kale had learned more control. This actually makes sense, as manga Kefla was not as strong as in the anime.

I don’t think she did. In fact, I don’t think her Legendary form was even as big as the anime.

Corect: no u6 Saiyan reached Super Saiyan 2 in the Manga, not even Kafla.
