What are the chances that King Sadala is a woman, and she will marry...
... Yamcha?
Does anyone else thinks this is absolutely possible?

Re: What are the chances that King Sadala is a woman, and she will marry...
In the same way it's funny Kuririns wife is stronger than him I always thought it'd be hillarious if Yamcha married someone even stronger like Towa or 21.
The humans having a kid with a saiyan or something else would be a way to have their kids be relavent to Goten and Trunks and keep them in orbit of the main story action too.
But even Goten and Trunks aren't being used much now.
And Toriyama said Yamcha never got over his fear of women and did bodyguard/farm work.
Yamcha almost certainly did not cheat on Bulma:
He was afraid of Women, Bulma was the flirty one.
Yamcha wanted to get married (it was his gonna be his wish)
He suggested they settle down in the Trunks saga.
Alternate future Trunks is not a reliable source.
Toriyama wanted new SSJ Kids and not make new characters.

Re: What are the chances that King Sadala is a woman, and she will marry...
King = Male; Queen = Female.
Therefore there are no chances.
BUT there’s a chance Toriyama may decide to finally give Yamcha a spouse, or even better come out of the blue with the reveal that Yamcha has already being married for some years.
It would be cool though if Yamcha somehow ended up marrying a Saiyan girl from U6 and making some strong kids who will be part of the next generation of fighters.
It would be funny because it would basically be the opposite of Bulma’s relationship with Vegeta.
Or even better... Yamcha x Vados when?
Maybe she fell in love when she watched him play baseball.

Tempted to lock as obvious troll thread (incidentally, what are the chances some Arlians travelled to Pluto and became chefs and invented pizza?)...
... but at least want note that the Shadowbringers expansion of Final Fantasy XIV goes out of its way to hammer home that Titania is the KING of the... well, genderless fairies (of which they are also one), and NOT the queen.

Zero, as they'd just call her the Queen. What they could do is have the king not be a warrior, but instead have his wife be the one who handles the heavy battles that take place on the planet.

It wasn't really meant to troll anyone, just as a joke.
Besides, why lock it anyway; putting aside that poor DBS monthly manga (well, I guess it's better than nothing), it's not like we have anything else to talk about regarding DB.

King can refer to non-men, actually.
Anyway, she's probably married to a woman.

Hey now, maybe it's like Star Trek where officers are reffered to as sir regardless of gender or lack thereof. The parasite that gets transfered from host to host across multiple generations? Sir. The shapeshifting liquid thing? Sir. The Vulcan with the way too tight catsuit and almost cartoonish breasts? Sir.
Or, more seriously, it could be a situation like the Egyptian Pharaoh Hatshepsut, where by ruthlessly manipulating theology and her pedigree she was able to become "King." I don't actually care if this helps Yamcha finally getting laid. I just think it would be a fun bit of world building and give the Saiyans some much needed personality beyond "species with +4 to all combat stats."
My opinions suck. You should probably mute me to spare yourself having to see them.

Sexualizes pokemon? UNIVERSAL PRAISE." - Plague of Gripes

I know one could write it so that the King turns out to be female.
I actually didn’t know King can refer to females too (well, the genderless realm VegettoEX mentioned doesn’t really matter I think? For genderless people there should be a different term, and usually when there isn’t the male one prevails) nor did I know there were historical instances of female Kings.
But Dragon Ball is an extremely straightforward and simple serie. A character who is called King will 100% be a male, and if they really want Yamcha to be married with Sadala’s most authoritative figure for some reason, then in my opinion to make things simpler they would just kill off/retire the King and have a female take over as the Queen.
Also Cabba already called the King a man so it's already out of the question. And no, it won’t turn out to be a woman identifying as a man.
At best, and that would already be a stretch, it could turn out that the King has always been a woman who looked manly and bullshitted everyone into believing they are a man for whatever reason.

Didn't Cabba say that the king was 'a man like you' (Vegeta)?

Woman aren't the one people with vaginas. This would actually be a cool chance to introduce a non-binary or trans masc person.

Was he mentioned in the manga? If not, his mention probably wasn't Toriyama's idea and could be a waman.

Genitalia does not decide gender. Men with vaginas are biological men. Non-binary people with vaginas are non-binary people.

Yes, he was actually mentioned in the manga but only in the Universal Survival Arc, by the Sadala Force members who were attacked by Caulifla. He was just called King, by the way, while the anime also confirmed that, obviously, he’s a man.
Namekians are genderless people.
Besides, even if it they introduced a trans or non-binary character, what exactly would be the point of it? Dragon Ball is not the kind of series where the characters give a damn about the sexual orientation or gender identification of other characters.
In-universe nobody cares if Tenshinan is a virgin or is in a relationship with Chaozu, and nobody cared about whether or not Kale and Caulifla were lovers or just friends. And nobody ever asked Freeza or Puar what their gender is.
It’s not an high school drama show or the kind of series that ever touched upon this topics, so I don’t get why it suddenly should.
