Questions about the Galactic Patrol

1. How strong do you believe the average Galactic Patrolman is?

As explained by Jaco in the Galactic Patrol Manga, set in the same year that Goku was sent to Earth (740), Jaco explained that only 5/9 of the people who attempted to make the cut for the galactic police had qualified. This also goes in with the fact that at the time, only a few dozen people were official representatives of the Galactic Patrol. I'm sure over the years, that number has undoubtedly increased, however it can safely be assumed to be a small number still, no more than the triple digits for sure.

I ask this question simply because Jaco mentioned how he could not handle a grown Saiyan, however children were easy. A grown Saiyan male can be anywhere from the low hundreds to the thousands and above. Years later we see Jaco ripping through hundreds of Freeza's soldiers easily, so his battle-power is far above 1,000; compared to Saiyans. And as much as Jaco brags about being a Super Elite, we know that there are others more capable, competent, and stronger than he.

For instance, Jiya, who is a character Toyotaro freely brought into Dragon Ball Super's Manga from one of Akira Toriyama's old manga, which went by the name "Jiya." He's a small fragile being that admitted he could easily be swatted by a human, yet uses a robotic suit of his to be able to keep up and complete assignments. He is usually seen standing beside the Galactic King when everyone is grouped together.

2. Had the Galactic Patrol decided to take in lower-class Saiyan children sent off as infiltration babies instead of just killing them, how far do you believe the Galactic Patrol would have gotten into dominating their authority across the cosmos?

I genuinely believe that if the Galactic Patrol were to realize that Nurture>Nature was a thing when it came to Saiyans and that they weren't just mindless beasts that love to fight and kill and that are born that way (like a lot of Dragon Ball fans believe), then it'd only be a matter of time before they took down Freeza and spread justice across all the cosmos.

There is a Saiyan by the name "Taiba", who is not canon to the main continuity of Dragon Ball, that is in the Galactic Patrol, and it was at that moment that the thought occurred to me. With more Saiyans that the Galactic Patrol would recruit, the more they'd learn about Saiyans and they'd overtime, better utilize these soldiers to grow stronger. It goes without mentioning that these Saiyans would have a sense of justice and be good individuals as a whole as they're raised by the right people.

I understand the Galactic Patrol is a serious thing for people to have to enter and yeah, nobody's just going to bring in babies. But Saiyans are an inherently talented species, and surely, this should have been something for them to recognize, albeit the Saiyans' infamous reputation more than likely spoiled the opportunity for them to be used in a better way. It just makes sense for them to raise children to be protectors of the universe instead of hunting them down and running the risk of them growing into destroyers of the Universe.

These children are a few years old and ordered to go destroy and I'm sure if the Galactic Patrol tried this, a lot of Saiyans would refuse and get killed, but surely a lot would be willing, wouldn't they? Especially after learning a few of their own is already there.

3. Do you think the Galactic Patrol have inside men on the Freeza Force?

Or would that be something to be too dangerous? Considering they're the police and that they aren't genetically mutated to be powerful like a lot of bad people in the Universe, they would have to be like Elec in the sense that they're more covert; smart strategies like trying to gather intel from Freeza's Force and other bad organizations by going undercover as well as with the aid of their technology.

4. For as long as the Galactic Patrol has been a thing in the Dragon Ball Universe, why aren't they nearly as proficient as they should be?

You'd think that with the galactic police being for well over 10,000,000 years, that their tech, as well as recruits over the years, would be insanely powerful and knowledgable, given upcoming members of the patrol a great chance at being soliders and overall being a great organization. Not to mention, they're insanely low in numbers, though they could have suffered incidents from huge missions before.

But that's about it so far, and all food for thought.
