So there's a Spanish webcomic, Dragon Ball Reborn, which I thought was dead, but while I wasn't looking it up and continued! Anyway, it's got a pretty decent if slow-paced plot, art that's rough for the first couple chapters but has become really good more recently, and (and this is good or bad depending entirely on your opinion) quite a lot of fanservice. Hence I'm mentioning it here!

The second half of chapter 6, and all of chapter 7, concerns Krillin's fight with an...interesting lady, who's kind of like Ranfan, but less devious (she comes up with the stripping-distraction strategy on the spot, rather than it being her M.O.) and more actually competent at fighting. So plenty of the following qualifies as sexy fanart, I'd say.
