-- Once again Goku uses the same explanation about his new form, but this time the other characters mention things about how Goku became Super Saiyan God again and Roshi wonders if Goku has become stronger than when he fought Beerus.

Are those implications accurate?

The second one implies Base form Goku couldn't defeat buu (Kid Buu?) as it stands, so he still hasn't surpassed Vegito, and SSB hasn't surpassed Super Vegito.

Freeza never met Majin Buu let alone knew how strong he is except for the stories his father told about him,i dont think thats enough proof.

He doesn't need to have met him to know his strength. His dad could have told him and he could make an educated guess.

No to all three. Hell, the second one is the exact opposite of what he actually says, that he never thought Goku would be this strong despite knowing he had defeated Boo.

This is not true. The 3th example he used is accurate. The others wonder wether he became a super saiyan god and Master Roshi indeed said: "Has Goku reached a level even higher than what he was at back then?".

Yes, yes he does. "A level higher than back then" doesn't necessarily imply "stronger". Especially since they're just talking about how how Goku just turned into some weird blue-haired form they had never seen before, and, similarly to Super Saiyan God, can't sense the ki of.

Yes it does. Sorry to say but that's just wrong. "A level higher than back then" (Refering to ssj god here obviously) pretty much means that he's stronger. There's no going around it.
Sure Master Roshi and the others may not be able to sense Godly Ki and know nothing about their power. But the line itself "heavily implies" it being stronger.

If it's the part I'm looking at, he could be talking about his own energy, saying that it looks like he's superior to Gokuu now.

Also in the same episode, the narrator says that Goku reached a form (Super Saiyan Blue) which is stronger than Super Saiyan God. Is that what he is really said?

The narrator did not say "Super Saiyan Blue", just talked about him surpassing Super Saiyan God by transforming to a new form.

Really want to see this updated too. There is so much misinformation about and I have no idea if what I'm watching is accurate. The NinjaTeam subs just take so long to come out, and I don't feel like watching every episode twice.
