I doubt it tells us what timeline he's from, but Goten got a character bio:

It doesn't say his origin, as expected.
So, the Broli card really is "Super Saiyajin 4 Full Power".

It really doesn't. Funny that they felt the need to explain that he helps Trunks at time patroling, in case the outfit and fact that it's GOTEN didn't tip people off. The hair says it all, really, they wanted a cleaner look than the end of Z and don't have a new design from Toriyama yet. The fact that it's not Gohan is what gets to me, being Future Trunks. But then we couldn't have Time Patrol Gotenks, so...
Now we wait for his Super Saiyan God forms.alakazam^ wrote:So, the Broli card really is "Super Saiyajin 4 Full Power".

Re: "Dragon Ball Heroes" On-Going Discussion Thread
The Bebi Hatchihyack Arc missions don't seem that interesting. Almost all the fights were revealed beforehand and none of them I've watched so far have had any secret conditions or anything to trigger something unexpected.
The second part of Super's Golden Freeza Arc on the other hand is a different story. One of the what-if missions mixes things up a bit and has you face Sorbet, Shisami, Tagoma and King Cold.
In this mission, you can also activate Freeza's Ultimate Evolution stamina running out and forcing him to destroy Earth, only to have Whis rewind time for you to continue the mission for the hidden finnish.

Those graphics were renewed for the God Mission update? I wonder if the 3DS can handle them...

Re: "Dragon Ball Heroes" On-Going Discussion Thread
Sorry for interrupting, but is there a video showing the team attack for SSJ4 FP Broly and the Time Breaker couple yet? Or any new attacks?
Re: "Dragon Ball Heroes" On-Going Discussion Thread
Is this at all related to Heroes or is it a completely different card game? (If its even legit) Sorry if this has been posted already.
Re: "Dragon Ball Heroes" On-Going Discussion Thread
That's for Dragon Ball IC Carddass, not related to Heroes.

Fun little Freeza challenge mission PV. The challenge missions are practically more interesting that the "story" arc missions these days. At least the arcs not original to the game, like the Golden Freeza Arc this set.

It appears to be a character from Battle Spirits: SengokuDragon Souldragon - Flash.
Re: "Dragon Ball Heroes" On-Going Discussion Thread
I've been seeing the Fifth Anniversary Mission book at my import shop. Is it worth it? What's in it?
Re: "Dragon Ball Heroes" On-Going Discussion Thread
Other than Chapter... 29 (was it?) I don't think we know its contents.

A recap of previous Victory Mission material, as well as Chapter 29. There are a couple of pages of designs (two?), and I think there's at least one interview in there too. The rest is pretty much just all the cards compiled for you to look at...which can be done better on the site.

You know I still find it funny how three years ago I called SSJ4 Gohan in Heroes. Not only did they do it, but they completely trashed the requirements for achieving it.TheDevilsCorpse wrote:A recap of previous Victory Mission material, as well as Chapter 29. ...you think Dimps read my mind and saw my hatred for SSJ4? :O

A peek at Beat and Note as Super Saiyan Gods, presumably from weekly Jump. Also, Universe 6 characters are on the way as well.
Happy that they retained the thinner muscles, but a bit disappointed that Note's hair doesn't seem to spike at all... (maybe in the game model).

Re: "Dragon Ball Heroes" On-Going Discussion Thread
I wonder why they are not doing Super Saiyan 4 yet? Is it because they are saving it for later or they prefer the Super Saiyan God route? Either way, nice designs so far. But I get the feeling we might see something unexpected a little while from now.

Re: "Dragon Ball Heroes" On-Going Discussion Thread
They'd have to decide whether they would make them adult size (they should be) or children, as well as what to do about the females and the potential breast situation. It's more effort than it's worth when they have SSG and SSGSS as alternate options.

Re: "Dragon Ball Heroes" On-Going Discussion Thread
Interesting that Note's hair is a darker shade than Beat's. I get this is a limited color palette advertisement, but now I'm wondering if they gave her the magenta and Beat the red (or if he's supposed to have his ssjg ki aura flipped on and hers isn't).TheDevilsCorpse wrote:A peek at Beat and Note as Super Saiyan Gods, presumably from weekly Jump. Also I just realized that if Team Champa is eventually playable in future games that Magetta has some fun potential in that he'd be a playable mecha in a DB game. X3
Re: "Dragon Ball Heroes" On-Going Discussion Thread
That's the best thing about all of this new material, DB games are getting more characters and story besides the same ole Saiyan to Buu arc story mode stuff.
