I think this is from another show but if by any very small chance it leaked then hopefully we'll get more leaks from whoever posted this.
Edit :
The source says Fuji so I guess it's official.
IF it is then why does she look so young ? I get Super has a new art style but this is suppose to take place after Trunks killed Cell when she looked old but here she looks arguably as young as current Bulma.

July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.
Hmm, this is certainly interesting. I guess it would be more of a surprise if Future Bulma didn't make an appearance in some fashion.

Well, she is the on fueling the time machine. And she looks younger than she did Z despite being older. So the whole thing with Mai should calm down a little since Future Bulma proves that yes, people in Super look younger when compared to Z.

Goku barely took a backseat in the Buu saga, at best he took a leisurely stroll round back while everyone else cried for him to come back.

Overall, the Champa arc wasn't rush. If you compared it to the length of 21st World Martial Arts Tournament in Dragon Ball, it is about that pace. They even had two matches done in one episode, which were the Jackie Chun vs. Yamcha, and Nam vs. Ranfan. It only seemed rush if you're used to Dragon Ball Z's pacing.
The Champa arc was rushed and the pacing was bullocks. The issue wasn't the length of the fights, but how poorly fleshed out these new characters were--specifically, Cabba and Frost. There definitely was a lot more room for development and backstory. The fact that there wasn't made the revelation that Frost was a bad guy, for example, lack any impact. Same applies for that terrible SSJ transformation of Cabba's. All it took was a threat from Vegeta to get him mad enough to become a SSJ? It's something you'd expect in a parody.
"Dragon Ball once became a thing of the past to me, but after that, I got angry about the live action movie, re-wrote an entire movie script, and now I'm complaining about the quality of the new TV anime. It seems Dragon Ball has grown on me so much that I can't leave it alone." - Akira Toriyama on Dragon Ball Super

I really like the change of tone for the NEP music. Hopefully we'll be in for a darker Arc. "Black" looks like some kind of spirit to me, perhaps it can change form at will? Interesting.
