Can't edit so pardon the double post but he's here! First official Super merch feel a little less guilty now aha. Must say the figure looks amazing in person, pictures just cannot show it's full beauty! (Here's a couple I snapped before heading to work:)

Figure on top of box (out of focus the camera wants to focus on the BD's for some reason lol):

With it's coloured brothers!

Man, that looks amazing. I'd totally get the SSJB Goku if they weren't so expensive (especially for figures that just stand there). :D

Yeah the "F" figures have definitely gone up in price since last year and seem a little harder to find in this specific line but unlike SSG Goku there are loads of figure lines with SSGSS and Golden Freeza.

$20 or lower are definitely a good price point for these types of figures.

35 Euro, at a convention stand.
I learned english listening to songs. So I don't know anything about. The day you had to learn play piano by just listening .mp3, you'll understand.

Just got this in the mail, and with it my Dragon Box collection is (mostly) complete. Feels good to finally cross that off my list after ten years.

I mean, you're pretty open about looking at cartoon porn. Why would you do that? It's fiction. The proportions of these women are not possible to reach in reality.

First volume of the Norwegian re-translation of the manga. Thus begins my third go at collecting the manga... Of course since I already own the Kanzenban this is more for the sake of just supporting an actual competent translation and perhaps enabling the publishers to do more series down the road.

I believe it was $275 Canadian, which was a steal for how good condition it was in and how much other sellers wanted.

Two boxsets of Super would probably cost that much anyway, really good deal!

I don't know if this counts much, but I recently dug out some of my Orange Brick DVDs that I lost a while back. :D
I also played them on my new CRT with a VCR and DVD player built in. Here's me testing the DVDs.

New pickup today, and it's a big one. Possibly my new favorite item in the collection:
Image
What you see here is Weekly Shonen Jump Issue 51 from 1984. Indeed, released on November 20, 1984, it contains the debut of the Dragon Ball manga! Chapter 1, in all of its original glory! It's in great condition, too. I continue to be amazed by how well the Japanese take care of their belongings. The thing is basically a phone book from 1984 that sold for 170 yen. The page quality is so crappy that you're basically supposed to throw them out and buy the tankobon when it's released for your favorite series.

But luckily, a few copies were saved and now I own a piece of history!
Image
The first page of Dragon Ball, ever! Fully colorized, it looks fantastic.
Image
The other pages in this chapter are semi-colorized, using white and... orange? What a funny choice. As you can see by the title page, Goku's original outfit in Dragon Ball was blue. Maybe they saw these pages and figured he'd look better in orange some time down the road? :P

I look at how much Spider-Man #1 or Action Comics #1 go for these days and I hope I can one day sell it and buy a private jet with the money :)

just kidding, I think I love DB too much to let this one go!

Concerning the colors, it's meant to be red. Blame the aging process. :P Cool pickup!

Well on the site I was on Toywiz.com it was listed for $22.99 I believe at the pre-order price so I would imagine once it is out and being the first Black Figure (at least to my knowledge) that price will increase. It says it is due out in March.
