You can feel however you like about it, but, imo, it's kind of strange that you felt the need to remark how unsettling you found it. After all, Dragon Ball has plenty of gore, with people losing their limbs and being victims to murder and violence, which, in my view, should always be way more shocking and disturbing than sexual activity, especially censored sexual activity in cartoon form. I mean, all life is created from sex, while violence and murder just destroy life. Which one should disturb people more?
