Seeing how Kai is still really good I guess these numbers will hold for DBS then? Also I think it would be better if Kai was Super's lead it in the night showings.

Why? Super is the new show while Buu Kai is just a glorified recut with a new dub.

11:30 PM is perfect for Super. I think Toonami should make their line up from 10:00 PM - 2:00 AM. It would allow more shows and better ratings too. They could always put Family Guy at 9:00 - 9:30 PM. I'm glad that the new Toonami is still doing well since I don't always follow the newer anime and it's good way for people to check out what's current since not everyone follows streaming websites.

Bleach is not that old. The Bleach anime air in 2004 and the manga is only 15 years old.

For that exact weekend here in the U.S., there were many rallies, protests, and marches against the infamous new president Donald Trump. Those were some pretty huge protests so I think it can be assumed that many weren't watching a lot of TV that day. These low ratings should be excused mainly because of that factor.
