Unless I'm reading it wrong, I don't think she's Brolina (although her hair is really similar). They point out that the opening already features a female Saiyajin. This one's concept art is from Toriyama.

She has different eyes from fembroly, that's the big thing to me that makes me think they are different characters.
Though as I said before, it could just be a change Yamamuro made to her design.

Sadly no signs of her name in there, I am legit pissed that we still dont have a name! it is awkward calling her Fem Broly or Brolina.

Yeah, with the way her marketing went, I have a suspicion that she'll only resemble a female Broly in the anime because TOEI knew it would get a lot of tounges wagging

Well to be fair it doesn't exactly make them out to be two different characters, but it also doesn't suggest that they are the same, just like you said. It's incredibly vague and could be taken either way. I'm currently sticking with my thought that they are two different characters, but they could always end up being the same.
