Heh, on other places or videogames sites people are complaining Yamcha is in, most likely due to Super's portrayal of him. Or saying they wasted a slot on him.

Don't these people know Yamcha has been playable in virtually every 3D Dragonball fighter except for the Arcade based one on PS2 with the new Mecha Freeza design? What the hell were people expecting?

#21 is getting a ton of fanart already, seems like she'll be a fan favorite on design alone.

People love their waifus and Dragon Ball doesn't have many.

The design does look nice, simple, nothing over-the-top. I like it.

I'm curious about the story I hope they don't go the unexpected family member route, that's been done to death in Dragon Ball. Maybe a former student or someone else who might hate Goku, to offer a more interesting background.

I'm more interested in Fighter Z's story than in the ToP, despite the fact that it's a videogame that's pulling a new character with connections to an old arc out of its ass, it's using a "zombie/clone" storyline as the main villains and it's bringing back an old, underused fan-favorite for the sake of nostalgia.

I'm guessing 21 might be the final boss?

Sure the Tournament Of Power is not being executed like most people wanted, but how's that even more interesting?

No, she's too weak. Might just be around RoSaT SSJ Goku level, not even close to SSGSS.

It's not and that's why it's incredible how they botched a concept like the ToP so hard to the point something so generic already peaks my interest more.

Wouldn't be surprised if 21 ends up being way stronger than she should be

Oh yeah, Future Trunks is gonna be in the story, so it'll probably be something that happens right before Trunks gets a chance to go back with Mai.
Really? I thought his took place just AFTER Goku Black.

I'm in agreement with this. I'm way more excited for Fighter Z's story mode and I'm well aware of generic it seems.

I'm also really hoping this year's Jump Festa has a teaser for the next arc. ToP's wearing me out. Of all the arcs so far of course this has to be the one that takes forever to finish.

While we don't know which direction the story will take (Trunks could just be there because of something 21 is doing), if they are gonna try and set this story in the continuity of Super, it'd make the most sense for Trunks to be there if this was before he leaves at the end of the Black arc. Or it could be like the Bojack movie where he comes back, though I think after the Black arc I think Trunks would think twice before ever using the Time Machine again.

Don't take it personally, but lately most of the posts I read from you are about your frustration towards Universe Survival arc and how you wish we would get to the next arc as soon as possible (even though it's not confirmed if there will be another one, in the first place). I've been trying to not call you out on this, but when I came to a thread in the video game section and I have to read the same thing over and over, I have do it. A lot of people have been enjoying the Tournament. They can't please everyone, but as long as they are pleasing the majority it's okay and that's what is happening.

You already said things haven't been easy for you in real life, but there's a limit to everything. If you feel like ToP is "wearing you out" you can also put the show on hold. No one is forcing you to watch. I won't drag this any longer, but it's about time I said this to you.
A world without Dragon Ball is just meh.

I see. If you don't mind, I'd like to give my two cents on BOTH of your ideas.

1. Honestly, I'd actually wouldn't mind the idea of this story taking place during the little time-frame that we between Beerus and Whis saying their early goodbyes to F. Trunks and F. Mai and the Future couple leaving for the alt. future reality.

2. The idea of this being Super's answer to the Bojack movie would also be something I'd like to see. Maybe this whole thing with Android 21 is SO severe, that F. Trunks feels that he has no other option available to him but to enlist the Dragon Team's help one more time. Don't forget, #21 is possibly in charge of the Dragon Team clone army. I doubt Super Saiyan Rage can handle THAT single-handedly.

Actually, even I am OK with story, I'm don't like it much, because I want to see androids on good side. I mean I like personalty of Android 16. He was so calm and gentle and I want to it stay same.

But I'm not the topic. I only commented on it here because those other two guys did; note how my post was quoting them and they were who I was responding to. I guess you could block me if you don't want to read my posts. I haven't blocked anyone in a long time, but there was a period a while back where I was.

I don't think I've been posting much in general lately. I guess you'll kind of get your wish since I won't be around as much next month, but all my other posts today were about other topics.

If you don't want to block me you could just scroll past. No one's forcing you to read it.

Trying to swing this back around to Fighter Z, I hope they reveal the PC minimum requirements soon. If my computer can handle it I'll probably buy a copy.

I think she is. ArcSys fighting games usually have female characters as their final bosses.
